Mumbai: Kaycee Industries Limited recorded steady operational progress during FY 2025–26, with Revenue from Operations increasing 12.87% to Rs. 60.05 crore from Rs. 53.20 crore in the previous financial year, according to the company’s Annual Report for FY 2025–26.
Raman Krishnamoorthy, Non-Executive Director, Kaycee Industries Limited, said the company continued to strengthen its core business while laying the foundation for long-term growth. Backed by a legacy spanning more than eight decades, the company remains focused on evolving into a diversified engineering solutions company while maintaining the quality and reliability associated with the Kaycee brand.
The company’s strong performance was supported by a robust finish to FY 2025–26. The fourth quarter delivered Kaycee Industries’ highest-ever quarterly revenue, while March 2026 recorded its highest-ever monthly sales.
During the year, Revenue from Operations stood at Rs. 6,005.09 lakh compared with Rs. 5,320.40 lakh in FY 2024–25. Other Income stood at Rs. 68.62 lakh against Rs. 73.74 lakh in the previous year. Consequently, Total Revenue increased to Rs. 6,073.71 lakh from Rs. 5,394.15 lakh.
However, elevated raw material costs affected operating margins during the year. Material cost as a percentage of sales increased from 58.45% to 62.17%. EBITDA stood at Rs. 7.84 crore compared with Rs. 8.64 crore in the previous year, while EBITDA margin stood at 13.06%. Profit After Tax declined to Rs. 4.98 crore from Rs. 5.88 crore in FY 2024–25.
Despite the near-term impact of cost inflation on profitability, the company enters FY 2026–27 with a healthy surplus cash position and negligible utilisation of its newly sanctioned working capital and term loan facilities. The company said the measures being undertaken are aimed at strengthening its competitive position and supporting sustainable long-term growth.
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share, representing 20% on the face value of Rs. 10 per share, for FY 2025–26, subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Kaycee Industries is also expanding beyond its traditional product portfolio. Alongside its established electrical switches and control products, the company is building a stronger presence in electrical control panels and pursuing opportunities in emerging segments through its strategic investment in EV charging infrastructure.
The EV charging venture remains in an early, investment-led phase. The company said it is encouraged by the improving order book and new products under development and will continue to support the venture’s path to profitability.
Looking ahead, Kaycee Industries has identified improving operational efficiency, expanding market presence, developing innovative products and delivering sustainable, profitable growth as key priorities. With the continued strategic guidance and support of Salzer Electronics Limited, the company expects to capitalise on opportunities emerging from India’s growing manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.
The company also expressed appreciation to its employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and shareholders for their continued support and contribution to its growth journey.
